These Terms and Conditions govern the rental of trailers from Freedom Trailer Rentals. By renting a trailer, you agree to comply with all terms outlined below.
- Rental Requirements
To rent a trailer from Freedom Trailer Rentals, customers must provide:
- A valid driver’s license
- Valid auto insurance
- A tow-capable vehicle in good working condition
Trailers may not be rented to individuals who do not meet these requirements.
- Trailer Specifications and Pricing
18′ x 83″ Load Trailer Car Hauler
- Weight Capacity: 7,000 lbs.
- 24-Hour Rental: $80 Mon-Thursday, $85 Fri-Sun
- Weekly Rental: $550
All trailers are fully equipped with ramps, straps, and additional necessary equipment to ensure safe loading and transport.
- Rental Terms
- Rentals are available daily (24 hours) or weekly.
- Same-day rentals are offered when trailers are ready.
- Trailers may be used within or outside North Carolina.
- Customers are responsible for returning the trailer in the same condition as received.
- Any damage to the trailer, equipment, or failure to follow proper towing procedures may result in additional charges.
- Use and Liability
- Trailers must be operated in compliance with all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Customers assume full responsibility for all liability, fines, or damages resulting from the use of the trailer.
- Freedom Trailer Rentals is not responsible for damage or loss to the vehicle or cargo being transported.
- Trailers are to be used only for lawful purposes; commercial resale or sub-rental is prohibited.
- Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations must be communicated in advance.
- Refunds for unused rental periods are subject to the company’s discretion.
- Same-day rental fees are non-refundable once the trailer has been reserved.
- Maintenance and Road Readiness
Freedom Trailer Rentals ensures all trailers are well-maintained and road-ready prior to rental. Customers must inspect trailers before use and report any issues immediately.
- Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes arising from trailer rental transactions will be resolved in the North Carolina courts.
